So, what’s the process of having your sign installed?

First, give us a shout! Call us, email us, or contact us through our website www.westcanlighting.com.

One of our representatives will contact you within 1 business day, but we will do our best to get back to you even quicker than that.

We will connect you with our quoting team. They will ask you a series of questions to make sure we get your signage exactly as you want it to be. Some questions they may ask are:

What’s the size, location, quantity, style of sign?

Lexan, acrylic, flex style faces

LED Illuminated?

Do you have a budget to work with?

During this process, we can determine if engineer drawings, permits, etc. are required and can assist with that process if needed.

Once we have all your details and ideas together, we will put an estimate together for you and let you decide if you want to proceed with us.

When you’re good to go, we will request any artwork you may have for our graphics team to put together a mock-up for you to review. If you don’t have any artwork, that’s no problem at all! A representative from our graphics department will work with you closely to create a design you’ll love.

As soon as your artwork is exactly what you want, you will sign off on it, and it will be sent to our manufacturing department. They’ll order all the materials required and will manufacture your custom sign.

After your signage is built and ready to go, our team will schedule the install time that works for you. Our techs will come by your site to install your brand-new sign.

All you have to do after that is enjoy and admire your beautiful new signage!
